After nearly 20 years in corporate, I got the boot…but instead of spiraling, I smiled. Because deep down, I knew that this wasn’t the end. It was the invitation.

Power in the Pause will be an interactive, heart-led workshop for women who are in the in-between…after the old chapter ends, but before the new one is fully written. Whether you’ve left a job, lost your spark, or are just feeling a little unraveled, you’re not broken - you’re becoming!

My goal for this workshop is to reflect, connect, and reclaim the sacredness of slowing down. Through guided storytelling, journaling prompts, shared truth, and perhaps a little spiritual ritual, you’ll learn how to:

Reframe your “pause” as power

Release the pressure to have it all figured out

Reconnect to your inner knowing

Fall back in love with yourself!
